Kelowna Boat Rental Policies

Reservation Policy

• A returnable damage deposit is required and will be refunded when the boat is returned undamaged and with full tank of fuel.
• Contract and or waiver is required. 
• If you do not have a boat license, you will be required to go over a checklist  with staff of the legal and safety requirements of boating as set out by Transport Canada.
• Age Restrictions: Must be 19 years old and hold a valid, unrestricted car driver's license.
• Rates are all in Canadian Dollars and does not include applicable taxes.
• Gasoline is not included in the rentals rates. Fuel cost will vary by use! If the rental does not come back with full tank a refueling charge of $100 on top of the cost of fuel might be applicable
• In case of mechanical damage that might make the availability and delivery of your boat rental impossible, SunWave Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty.
• Drinking alcohol or taking drugs and boating is illegal!
